WHEREAS, IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PARKDALE SHOPPING CENTER IN THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, NUECES COUNTY, TEXAS, AS SHOWN BY A MAP OF RE- PLAT OF RECORD IN VOLUME Igo PAGE 119, OF THE MAP RECORDS OF NUECES COUNTY, TEXAS, CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENTS WERE PROVIDED ON AND ACROSS SAID LANDS IN SAID BLOCK "A" FOR THE - INSTALLATION, CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION, MAINTE- NANCE, REPAIR AND OPERATION OF PUBLIC UTILITIES, TOGETHER WITH THE RIGHTS OF INGRESS AND EGRESS AS MAY BE NECESSARY THEREFOR, AND A PROPER CONVEY- ANCE OF SUCH UTILITY EASEMENTS HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI FOR THE CORRECT DESCRIPTION OF SAID EASEMENTS AND SUCH DESCRIPTION IS ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION I. THAT A CONVEYANCE OF UTILITY EASEMENTS IN BLOCK "A", PARKDALE SHOPPING CENTER, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, BE ACCEPTED FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY, A COPY OF WHICH 15 ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF, AND THAT THE ORIGINAL OF SAID CONVEYANCE BE FILED OF RECORD IN THE DEED RECORDS OF NUECES COUNTY, TEXAS. SECTION 2.
