HomeMy WebLinkAbout05278 ORD - 02/18/1959AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5035 PASSED, AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON THE 7th DAY OF MAY, 1958, BY AMENDING SECTION 3 OF SAID ORDINANCE, CORRECTING THE NAMES OF THE OWNERS AND CORRECTING AND ADJUSTING THE ASSESSMENTS LEVIED AGAINST ABUTTING PROPERTY OWNERS ON KOST(WZ ROAD FROM THE SOUTHWEST PROPERTY LINE OF SOUTH STAPLES STREET TO THE NORTHEAST BOUNDARY LINE OF LEXINGTON BOULEVARD: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED By THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1, That Section 3 of Ordinance No, 5035, passed and approved by the City Council on the 7th day of May, 1958, is hereby amended and said Section 3 of said ordinance shall hereafter read as follows, to —wit: "SECTION 3.
