That the City Manager, for and on behalf of the City Of Corpus Christi, be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute Release of Special Assessment as follows: (1) Assessment evidenced by Certificate 36, in the amount of $1,084.93 against that certain property fronting 132 feet on the North side of Kostoryz Road, described as being Lot 10, Block 3, Bay View #3, an addition to the City of Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas, as shown by map or plat thereof of record in the office of the County Clerk, Nueces County, Texas, and the owner thereof, S. A. Fogalery, for and in consideration of the pay- ment of such assessment. (2) Assessment evidenced by Certificate 48 in the amount of $64.09 against that certain property fronting 51 feet on the Northwest side of Kostoryz Road, described as being Lot 12, Block 1, Wynwood #1, an addition to the City of Corpus Christi, Nueces County,Texas, as shown by map or plat thereof ofj� record in the office of the County Clerk, Nueces County, Texas, and the owner thereof, Richard J. Moravits, for and in consideration of the payment of such assessment. (3) Assessment evidenced by Certificate 51, in the amount of $64.09 against that certain property fronting 51 feet on the Northwest side of Kostoryz Road, described as being Lot 15, Block 1, Wynwood #1, an addition to the City Of Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas, as shown by map or plat thereof of record in the office of the County Clerk, Nueces County, Texas, and the owner thereof, Jonnie C. Brock, for and in consideration of the pay- ment of such assessment. d t 7 SECTION 2. That, said payments having been made, the necessity of immediately releasing the same to clear the title to such property creates a public emergency and an imperative public necessity requiring the suspen- sion of the Charter Rule that no Ordinance or Resolution shall be passed finally on the date of its introduction.and that.su6h Ordinance or Resolution f shall be read at three several meetings of the City Council, and the Mayor having declared such emergency to exist, having requested the suspensionof said Charter Rule and that this Ordinance be passed finally on the date of its introduction and that this Ordinance take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage, IT IS ACCORDINGLY PASSED AND APPROVED, This_ day of April, 1959.
