SAID SOUTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY AN ANNUAL INCOME SUFFICIENT
TO MEET ITS TOTAL EXPENSE REQUIREMENTS AND PAY THE FAIR RETURN TO
WHICH IT IS ENTITLED BY LAW.
SECTION 2. THAT THE SOUTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY IS
HEREBY AUTHORIZED TO PLACE IN EFFECT THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE OF EXCHANGE
RATES AND SCHEDULE OF MISCELLANEOUS RATES AND CHARGES, WHICH RATES
SHALL APPLY TO ALL INSTALLATIONS AT ALL POINTS NOW WITHIN THE CITY
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, AND AS WELL AS TO ALL INSTALLA-
TIONS AT ALL POINTS WITHIN ANY TERRITORY HEREAFTER ANNEXED BY THE
CITY FROM AND AFTER THE DATE OF ANNEXATION, FOR THE RESPECTIVE CLASSES
OF SERVICES AND THE RESPECTIVE ITEMS FOR WHICH MISCELLANEOUS RATES AND
