That the City Manager, for and on behalf of the City of Corpus Christi, be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute Release of Special Assessment as followsa (1) Assessment evidenced by Certificate 27, in the amount of $159.04 against that certain property fronting 63.28 feet on the Northwest side of Kostoryz Road, described as being Lot 13, Block 5, Lawndale #29 an addition to the City of Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas, as shown by map or plat thereof of record in the office of the County Clerk, Nueces County, Texas, and the owner thereof, Norman W. Cox, for and in consideration of the payment of such assessment. (2) Assessment evidenced by Certificate 149, in the amount of $127.80 against that certain property fronting 80 feet on the Southeast side Of Kostoryz Road, described as being Lot 3, Block 1, Casa Linda Estates #1, an addition to the City of Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas, as shown by map or plat thereof of record in the office of the County Clerk, Nueces County, Texas, and the owner thereof, H. W. Reagan, for and in consideration of the payment of such assessment SECTION 2.
