S* NAVAL AIR STATION OF CORPUS CHRISTI TEXAS, WHEREBY EACH OF THE PARTIES AGREE TO FURN SH TO THE OTHER ASSISTANCE-IN THE EVENT JOR FIRE OCCURS ON THE PREMISES OF EITHER PARTY. A CO OF WHICH AGREEMENT IS ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE PART HEREOF; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY,OF CORPUS CHRISTI4. r TEXAS: SECTION 1. NAVAL AIR STATION OF CORPUS CHRISTI TEXAS WHEREBY EACH OF THE PARTIES AGREE TO FURNISH TO THE OTHER ASSISTANCE IN THE EVENT A MAJOR FIRE OCCURS ON THE PREMISES OF EITHER PARTY, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SAID AGREEMENTS A COPY OF WHICH IS ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF. SECTION 2.
