BE IT ORDAINED 13Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. THE CITY MANAGER IS HEREBY AUTHORIZED AND DIRECTED, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TO EXECUTE A DEED CONVEYING TO THE STATE OF TEXAS A PARCEL OR TRACT OF LAND CONTAINING 9674.65 SQUARE FEET FOR THE SUM OF $3,500.00, IN PERFORMANCE OF THE AGREEMENT OF THE CITY UNDER ITS CONTRACT AUTHORIZED BY ORDINANCE NO. 5550, A COPY OF SUCH DEED BEING ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF. SECTION 2.
