MINUTES
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS
SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
JUNE 10, 1986
11:30 A.M.
Acting City Manager Ernest Briones
City Attorney Hal George
City Secretary Armando Chapa
Mayor Luther Jones called the meeting to order in the Council Chamber of
City Hall.
City Secretary Chapa verified that a quorum of the Council and the required
Charter Officers were present to conduct the meeting.
A motion was made by Council Member Strong that the Council meet in closed
session to discuss contemplated litigation; seconded by Council Member Pruet;
and passed unanimously.
City Secretary Chapa stated that the Council would meet in closed session
under Article 6252-17, V.A.C.S., to discuss contemplated litigation.

The Council reconvened in open session at 12:14 p.m.
A motion was made by Council Member Slavik that the meeting adjourn;
seconded by Council Member Pruet; and passed unanimously at 12:15 p.m., June 10,
1986.
