SAME BEING LOWER BROADWAY (WEST SIDE), BETWEEN PEOPLES
STREET AND TAYLOR. STREET; ADDING TO SAID SECTION 21 -155
NEW ITEMS SO AS TO HAVE THE EFFECT OF PROHIBITING PARKING
AT ALL TINS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF DODDRIDGE STREET, BETWEEN
TOPEKA STREET AND ALAMEDA STREET; ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
DODDRIDGE STREET, BETWEEN ALAMEDA STREET AND A POINT 700
FEET EAST OF ALAMEDA STREET; AND ON THE WEST SIDE OF
JACQUELYN STREET, BET14EEN EVERHART ROAD AND SAM STREET;
AMEN]DING SECTION 21 -156 OF THE CORPUS CHRISTI CITY CODE,
1958, AS AMENDED, BY MAKING PROVISION FOR NEW ITEMS SO
AS TO FORBID THE STOPPING, STANDING OR PARKING OF VEHICLES
ON THE NORTH SIDE OF DODDRIDGE STREET BETWEEN OCEAN DRIVE
AND TOPEKA STREET BET14BEN 4:00 P.M. AND 6:00 P.M., AND ON
THE SOUTH SIDE OF DODDRIDGE STREET BETWEEN OCEAN DRIVE AND

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the Corpus Christi City Code, 1958, as amended,
be, and the same is hereby, amended by deleting therefrom Item 7 under
Section 21 -155, Schedule III - Parking Prohibited at all times on certain_
streets, which Item reads as follows:
"7. L014ER BROADWAY, west side, between Peoples Street and
Taylor Street. ";
and adding to said Section 21 -155 the following new items to hereafter
read as follows:
DODDRIDGE STREET, north side, between Topeka
Street and Alameda Street.
DODDRIDGE STREET, south side, between Alameda
Street and a point 700 feet east of Alameda.
Street. *.
JACQUELYN STREET, west side, between Everhart Road
and Sam Street. -
SECTION 2. That the Corpus Christi City Code, 1958, as amended,
be, and the same is hereby, amended so as to add thereto the following
items to Section 21 -156:
NAME OF STREET HOURS STOPPING, STANDING
OR PARKING PROHIBITED
DODDRIDGE STREET, north side,
between Ocean Drive and
Topeka Street 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.
DODDRIDGE STREET, south side,
between Ocean Drive and a
point 700 .feet east of Alameda
Street 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M.

SECTION 3. Publication shall be made one time in the official
publication of the City of Corpus Christi, by publishing the caption of
this ordinance, stating in substance the purpose of the ordinance.
