PETERSON BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP BY CH, NGING THE ZONING ON PORTION OF LOTS 5, 6, & 7, GNFGY TRACTS SITUATED IN THE CITY OF CCRFUS CHRISTI, NUECES COUNTY, TEXAS, FRCid "R -LB" ONE FAMILY MELLING DISTRICT AAD "B -1" ETEIGHBOPHOOD BUSINESS DISTRICT TO "B -4" GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT--, KELPING IN EFFECT ALL OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE EXISTING ORDINANCE AS AMENDED; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, THE PLANNING COMMISSION HAS FORWARDED TO THE CITY COUNCIL ITS REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS CONCERNING THE APPLICATION OF Janes D.
