AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING SECTION 21 -68 OF THE CORPUS CHRISTI CITY CODE,
1958, AS AMENDED, BY AMENDING SPEED LIMITS ON AYERS
STREET, AS HEREINAFTER PROVIDED; PROVIDING FOR PUBLI-
CATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:

SECTION 1. That Section 21 -68 of the Corpus Christi City Code, 1958,
as amended, be, and the same is hereby, amended by adopting the following speed
limits on Ayers Street:
NAME OF STREET SPEED LIMIT EFFECTIVE

Avers Street, from
Norton Street to
Port Avenue
35 miles per hour At all times
SECTION 2. Publication shall be made one time in the official
publication of the City of Corpus Christi, which publication shall contain
the caption stating in substance the purpose of the ordinance.
