Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas
Dear Dr. Metzger:
We enclose one copy of your revised project application, reflecting an increase
in equipment and construction costs.
You will notice that the applicant's share of the project is $1,217,203. Our
files currently contain evidence of applicant's share as follows:
$1,100,000 bonds -
43,450 provided by City for ineligible costs
33,050 ordinance to cover Change Order No. 2
$1,176,500
It will, therefore, be necessary for you to provide certification that the
additional funds required are or will be available to complete this project.
Please have the City Manager sign the application, and return it along with
proper evidence of applicant's share. We will then be able to complete
Section D, page 5, to reflect the proposed method of financing the non - Federal
share.
If we may provide additional information or assistance to you, please advise
us. Mr. Saunders will be in Corpus Christi this week and may contact you
Thursday or Friday to answer any questions you might have.
Ve y truly yours,
