With reference to time delay, we request 100 working days extension of time. Our

of 100 working days. The time for the pump delivery which is 6 to 8 weeks after we issue
a signed purchase order. We have proceeded with placing a temporary verbal order for the
pumps in effort to avoid further delays. However, we request that a written Change Order
be issued for the above including the extension of time so that we may proceed with a final
purchase order.
It was our intention when we scheduled the project to have Lift Station "D" completed
along with the force main system to Lift Station "A" prior to proceeding with the sewer system
that tied to Lift Station "D" and likewise with Lift Station "C" prior to proceeding with the
sewer system that tied to Lift Station "C". This sequence was not followed due to the delay
of the pump problems on the .Lift Stations and consequently, due to the problems encountered
as a result of not being able to make tie-ins as planned, a meeting was called for by our
letter of November 12,1979. We have determined that we are still not to make the
tie-ins as we come to them and thus we will have to by-pass the tie-ins to the 14 manholes
until Lift Station "D" and "C" are activated.
Very truly yours,
HELDEELS BROTHERS, INC.
