ESTABLISHING SECTION 36-9 TITLED "SUMMER RECREATION
PROGRAM REGISTRATION FEES" IN THE CORPUS CHRISTI CITY
CODE, 1976 REVISION, AS AMENDED; PROVIDING AN EFFLCTIVE
DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 36-9, entitled "Summer Recreation Program
Registration Fees" be established in the Corpus Christi City Code, 1976
Revision, as amended, to read as follows:
"Section 36-9 Summer Recreation Program Registration Fees:
The fees to be charged to all participants involved in the City
Summer Recreation Program shall be as prescribed in the following schedule:
SUMMER PROGRAM REGISTRATION FEES
First child in family $5.00
Each additional child in the family 3.00
Any special events or field trips the participant desires to attend may
require an additional fee."
SECTION 2. The above and foregoing rates shall be charged to all
individuals. Any use without payment shall be deemed a violation of this
code.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its
passage and publication.
SECTION 4. Publication shall be made one time in the official
publication of the City of Corpus Christi, by publishing the caption of this
ordinance, stating in substance the purpose of the ordinance.
