AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 14936, PASSED AND APPROVED ON(
JUNE 6, 1979, BY AMENDING PARAGRAPH (B) (4) TO IN-
CREASE THE CHARGE FOR ELECTROCARDIOGRAMS FROM $10 TO
$25 IN CONNECTION WITH AID AMBULANCE SERVICE; REPEAL-
ING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVID-
ING`
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 14936, passed and approved by the City
Council on June 6, 1979, new AID Ambulance Service rates were adopted; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed in the public interest to adopt the herein-
after prescribed rate change:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 14936, passed and approved by the
City Council on June 6, 1979, be and the same is hereby amended by amending
paragraph (B) (4) so as to hereafter read as follows:
"(4) Electrocardiogram, $25.00."
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflicti3
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective from and after its
passage.
