AMENDING THE L -HEAD BAIT STAND LEASE, AUTHORIZED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 14692-A, TO PROVIDE THAT THE LESSEE MAY CONCEL AT ANYTIME
UPON GIVING PRIOR WRITTEN NOTICE TO THE CITY 60 DAYS IN
ADVANCE OF THE CANCELLATION DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the L -Head Bait Stand lease, authorized by Ordi-
nance No. 14692-A, between the City of Corpus Christi and Donald Lemon, be
amended by amending Paragraph numbered IV by adding the following provision:
"Lessee may cancel at any time upon giving prior written notice to City
sixty (60) days in advance of the cancellation date."

SUPPLEMENTAL LEASE AGREEMENT
THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF NUECES
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 14692-A, the City Council of the City of
Corpus Christi, herein referred to as "Lessor", has previously authorized lease
of certain public bayfront land to Donald Lemon, herein referred to as "Lessee",
for the purpose of operating a bait stand; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of Lessor and Lessee, and it is hereby
agreed that said lease agreement be amended to provide that Lessee shall have
the right to cancel said lease by giving a 60 day written notice to Lessor.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the exchange of mutual
covenants and conditions as recited in said lease agreement, Lessor and Lessee
hereby agree that paragraph IV of such lease agreement shall be amended by
adding the following sentence to paragraph IV as follows:
"Lessee may cancel at any time upon giving prior written
notice to City sixty (60) days in advance of the cancella-
tion date."
