AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
1976 REVISION, AS AMENDED, BY At•IENDING SECTION 53-252,
SCHEDULE III, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN
STREETS, BY ADDING THERETO AN ITEM WHICH WILL PROHIBIT
PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON AGNES STREET, BOTH SIDES, FROM
SOUTH PORT AVENUE TO A POINT 590 FEET EAST OF BLUNTZER
STREET: AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the Code of Ordinances, City of•Corpus Christi,
1976 Revision, be and the same is hereby amended by amending Section 53-252,
Schedule III, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS, by adding
thereto the following item:
AGNES STREET, both sides, from South Port Avenue to a •
point 590 feet east of Bluntzer Street.
SECTION 2. Publication shall be made one time in the official
publication of the City of Corpus Christi, by publishing the caption of this
ordinance, stating in substance the purpose of the ordinance.
