AN ORDINANCE
APPROPRIATING $15,931.61 OUT OF PARK TRUST FUND 111
AND $70,572.01 OUT OF PARK BOND FUND NO. 291 TO SUP-
PLEMENT -PREVIOUS APPROPRIATIONS OF 57,489.25 FOR A
TOTAL OF $93,992.87 FOR REIMBURSEMENT TO THE GENERAL
FUND NO. 102-266-518.43-603, FOR WORK ACCOMPLISHED
AT THE FOLLOWING PARKS:

BE ITORDAINEDBY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That there -is hereby appropriated the sum of $15,931.61
out of Park Trust Fund 111 and $70,572.01 out of Park Bond Fund No. 291 to
supplement previous appropriations of $7,489.25 for a total of $93,992.87
forreimbursementto the General Fund No:102-266-518.43-603, for work ac-
complished as follows:

box and joined irrigation
system to the water tap.

Middlecoff 111-241.01 • $ 722.25 Staked out park for initial
survey/grid system for grading
purposes.
Los Encinos- 111-241.21 $ 5,070.10 44Installed a back stop, con -
structed cement picnic tables,
& rehabilitated the sprinkler -
system.

SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council
members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the necessity
to appropriate the sums hereinabove described in order to make reimbursement
to the General Fund at the earliest practicable date, such finding of an
emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule or
to consideration and voting upon ordinances or resolutions at three regular
meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take effect upon first
reading as an emergency measure this GI/day of , 1981.
