DOT- FA78FW-1073 FOR INSTALLATION OF A LOCALIZER ANTENNA, LOCALIZER EQUIPMENT AND SHELTER BUILDING, LOCALIZER CABLES, A VEHICLE TURNAROUND ACCESS PLOT, ALL LO- CATED ON CORPUS CHRISTI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT IN THE APPROACH TO RUNWAY 31, FOR A TERM BEGINNING JULY 6, 1981, RENEWABLE AT THE OPTION OF THE GOVERNMENT ON A YEAR-TO-YEAR BASIS, BUT NOT EXTENDING BEYOND SEPTEM- BER 30, 1988, ALL AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN SUPPLE- MENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 AND EXHIBIT "A", A SUBSTANTIAL COPY OF EACH BEING ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with the United States Government, Federal Aviation Administration, for Lease No. DOT-FA78FW-1073 for the in- stallation of a localizer antenna, localizer equipment and shelter building, localizer cables, a vehicle turnaround access plot, all located on Corpus Christi International Airport in the approach to Runway 31, for a term begin- ning July 6, 1981, renewable at the option of the government on a year-to- year basis, but not extending beyond September 30, 1988, all as more fully described in Supplemental Agreement No. 1 and Exhibit "A", a substantial copy of each being attached hereto and made a part hereof. MICROFILMED 16471 / , SEP 2 71984 .t DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION SOUTHWEST REGION POST OFFICE BOX 1689 FORT WORTH, TEXAS 76101 License No. DOT-FA78SW-1073 MALS, Runway 31 Corpus Christi, TX SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREMENT, made and entered into this day of 1981, by and between the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, hereinafter referred to as the Government, and the CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, hereinafter referred to as the Licensor, witnesseth, That: WHEREAS, on the 27th day of June 1980, the parties hereunto entered into License No. DOT-FA78SW-1073, for the consideration and purposes stated in said license; and WHEREAS, has a ization as alocalizer hantenna and tfacility erestriction ed to rzone and site, together e an additional area rwith lsupport cable, rights-of-way, and vehicle turn around access plot, as more particularly shown in Detail "A", Section B -B, and annotated in red and green on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the Licensor has a need for said localizer and its support elements and desires that the Government construct and install the localizer and is willing to comply with the requirements of Article 1 set forth hereinafter; and WHEREAS, the parties -hereunto find it is to their advantage to amend said license. NOW, THEREFORE, effective July 6, 1981, the parties hereunto agree to amend the license in the following particulars, only, VIZ.: Grant the Government the right to occupy, construct, operate, and maintain - a localizer facility with restricted zone adjacent to Runway 31, to include the right and rights-of-way for installation, operation, and maintenance of associated power and control cables, as more particularly shown in red and green on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof.
