AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 15981, PASSED AND APPROVED
ON JANUARY 21, 1981, BY AMENDING SECTION 3 OF SAID
ORDINANCE SO AS TO ADOPT THE FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL
AND ASSESSMENTS LEVIED AGAINST ABUTTING PROPERTY
OWNERS ON THE FOLLOWING STREET: TIMBERGROVE LANE,
FROM VIOLET ROAD TO JACKSON WOODS, UNIT 1, AS HEREIN
PROVIDED; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 15981, passed and approved on
January 21, 1981, be amended by amending Section 3 of said ordinance so
as to adopt the final assessment roll and assessments levied against
abutting property owners on the following streets:
Timbergrove Lane, from Violet Road to Jackson Woods, Unit 1,
as more fully described in the corrected and adjusted assessment roll,
a substantial copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and
made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor of five
Council members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to
the need for maintaining efficient administration of City affairs, such
finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the
Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances or resolu-
tions at three regular meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall
take effect upon first reading as an emergency measure this .2 day of
September, 1981.

TIMBERGROVE LANE STREET IMPROVEMENTS
The Timbergrove Lane Street Improvements shall include improvements to the following
street:
Timbergrove Lane, from Violet Road to Jackson Woods, Unit I Subdivision.
-This street shall be constructed by excavation to a width and depth to permit the
laying of a standard curb and gutter section, 6" compacted subgrade, 8" compacted
" Type "D" Rot Asphaltic pavement. The street will be 28'wide
