AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING SECTION 55-50 OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES,
1976 REVISION, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 16446, PASSED
AND APPROVED AUGUST 12, 1981, BY ADDING CERTAIN SCHEDULES
THEREIN SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR PUBLIC AGENCY FOR RESALE
WATER RATES, AS MORE FULLY SET FORTH HEREIN; REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 55-50 of the City Code of Ordinances,
1976 Revision, as amended, and particularly as amended by Ordinance No.
16446, passed and approved August 12, 1981, be amended by adding a subsection
after the two schedules

SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith shall be and are hereby repealed to the extent of conflict herewith.
SECTION 3. Except as hereby and herein amended, the provisions,
terms and conditions of Ordinances No. 16446 shall remain in full force and
effect.
