AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE CORPUS CHRISTI CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS
AMENDED, BY AMENDING SECTION 53-252, SCHEDULE III- PARK-
ING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS, BY
ADOPTING PROVISIONS THAT WILL PROHIBIT PARKING AT ALL TIMES
ON U.S. HIGHWAY 181, BOTH SIDES, FROM BURLESON STREET TO
NUECES BAY CAUSEWAY; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI
TEXAS:
S;CTION 1. That the Corpus Christi City Code of Ordinances, as amended,
be amended by amending Section 53-252, Schedule III - PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; by adding thereto the following street:
U. S. 'HIGHWAY 181, both sides, from Burleson Street to
Nueces Bay Causeway
SECTION 2. Publication shall be made one time in the official
publication of the City of Corpus Christi by publishing the caption of this
ordinance, stating in substance the purpose of the ordinance.
