HomeMy WebLinkAbout16752 ORD - 12/09/1981'1C:-jkh:12-9781;ist', 4• AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 16702, PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON NOVEMBER 18, 1981, SO AS TO CORRECT AN ERROR IN THE TRANSPOSITION OF THE DESCRIPTION FROM MAPS AND PLATS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY SECRE- TARY TO THE NARRATIVE DESCRIPTION CONSISTING OF METES AND BOUNDS IN THE ORDINANCE OF ANNEXATION; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 16702, passed and approved by the City Council on November 18, 1981, receiving into and annexing to the City of Corpus Christi certain additional territory approved by the voters at an election held on November 3, 1981, be and the same is hereby amended to correct errors in the transposition of the description from maps and plats on file in the office of the City Secretary to the narrative description con- sisting of metes and bounds in the ordinance of annexation, said corrected description reading as follows: 16752 tDFJLMED ►SEP 2 81984 ANNEXATION AREAS CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI NOVEMBER, 1981 Area A Nottarb Place Marlett Industries dabaniss Field Yellow Rose Etc.
