AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE CORPUS CHRISTI CITY CODE, AS AMENDED,
BY AMENDING SECTION 53-252, SCHEDULE III - PARKING
PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS, BY
ADOPTING PROVISION THAT WILL PROHIBIT PARKING AT
ALL TIMES ON SCHANEN BOULEVARD, BOTH SIDES, FROM
WEBER ROAD TO A POINT 110 FEET SOUTHEAST OF WEBER
ROAD; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the Corpus Christi City Code, as amended, be
amended by adding to Section 53-252, SCHEDULE III - PARKING PROHIBITED
AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS, the following:
SCHANEN BOULEVARD, both sides, from Weber Road to
a point 110 feet southeast of Weber Road.
SECTION 2. Publication shall be made one time in the official
publication of the City of Corpus Christi by publishing the caption of this
ordinance, stating in substance the purpose of the ordinance.
