AN ORDINANCE
APPROPRIATING $3,400 OUT,OF NO. 250 SANITARY SEWER BOND
FUND FOR APPRAISAL FEES BY ROY TEMPLE OF FIVE PARCELS
NEEDED FOR THE SOUTH STAPLES -TRUNK SEWER EXTENSION; AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated out of the No. 250
Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund the sum of $3,400 for appraisal by Roy Temple of
five parcels, being ParcelM, 2, 3, 4, and 5, in connection with the South
Staples Trunk - Sewer Extension, Project No. 250-77-36.
SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council
members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need
for efficient administration of City affairs by providing necessary funds
for appraisal services in connection with a public works project, such
finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the
Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances or resolutions
at three regular meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take
effect upon first reading as an emergency measure this the 1/4.2344/ day of
March, 1982.

introduced, or at the present meeting of the City Council.
