HomeMy WebLinkAbout16984 ORD - 04/07/1982AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1,700 OUT OF THE O. 245 AIRPORT BOND FUND; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of $1,700 out of the No. 245 Airport Bond Fund for laboratory testing in connection with the Commercial Ramp Expansion, applicable to Project No. 245-77-9, Commercial Expansion and Safety Zone Improvement. SECTION 2. That Upon written request of the Mayor or five Council members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need for efficient administration of City affairs by appropriating the aforementioned funds, such finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances or resolutions at three regular meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take effect upon first reading as an emergency 04( measure this the / day of April, 1982.
