AMENDINg THE CORPUS CHRISTI CITY CODE BY AMENDING
EXISTING DRILLING BLOCKS AND ADDING NEW DRILLING
BLOCKS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY ODUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the Corpus Christi City Code is hereby
amended by amending Exhibit "A" "Drilling Block Map", of Chapter 35,
Article II, Section 35-65, as amended, by adding new drilling blocks,
numbers 1675 thru 1705 and amending existing drilling blocks, numbers
451, 728, 735, 1141, 1193, 1194, 1274, 1397, and 1613 to include areas
annexed by Ordinances 14412, 14413, 14680, 14800, 15107, 16752, and
16861, all as shown on Exhibit "A", as amended, a substantial Copy of
which is on file in the office of the Petroleum Superintendent.
