AMENDING THE MASTER SANITARY SEWER PLAN FOR THE
SOUTHERN AREA OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI; AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the Sanitary Sewer Master Plan for the southern
area of the City, adopted by the City Council by Resolution No. 7441 on
December 23, 1964, as amended, be amended as to Plates 46, 48 and 49, by
deleting Line 5E2 as shown on Plate 46, increasing the size of Line IG2
to serve an approximate 305 -acre service area along Wooldridge Road,
as shown on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and made a part
hereof.
SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council
members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need for
development of improvements within the City which will further the City's
health, safety and economic development, such finding of an emergency is
made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to considera-
tion and voting upon ordinances or resolutions at three regular meetings
so that this ordinance is passed and shall take effect upon first reading
as an emergency measure this the 28th day of April, 1982.

an emergency exists requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting

introduced, or at the present meeting of the City Council.
