AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING SECTION 53-252, SCHEDULE III, PARKING PRO-
HIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS, BY ADDING
AND DELETING VARIOUS STREETS AS MORE FULLY SET FORTH
HEREINAFTER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Code, Section 53-252, Schedule III,
PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS, be amended by adding
the following streets:
, a) McArdle Road, both sides, from Janet Street to
a point 120 feet east of Crescent Drive;
b) Chaparral Street, east side, from Brewster Street to
Hirsch Street;
c) West Shoreline Blvd. west side, from Coopers Alley to
Kinney Street;
d) Agnes Street (S.H.44), north side, from S. Clarkwood Road
to a point 750 feet east of S. Clarkwood Road;
e) Agnes Street (S.H.44), south side, from S. Clarkwood Road
to a point 750 feet west of S. Clarkwood Road;
f) .Saratoga Blvd, both sides, for a distance 500 feet east
and 500 feet west of its intersection with
Weber Road;
g) Weber Road, both sides, for a distance 500 feet north and
500 feet south of its intersection with
Saratoga Blvd. (S.H.357).
SECTION 2. That Section 53-252, Schedule III, PARKING PROHIBITED
AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS, be amended as follows:
a) Delete the item Weber Road, both sides, from South
Staples Street to Lincoln Street;
b) Delete the item Ocean Drive, west side, from Robert
Drive to a point 600 feet south of
Airline Road;
c) Delete the item Gollihar Road, both sides, from a
point 330 feet west of Carroll Lane to
the intersection of Dody Street;
and in lieu thereof add the following provisions:
a) Weber Road, both sides, South Staples Street to S.H. 358
North Frontage Road;
b) Ocean Drive, both sides, from a point 250 feet north of
Robert Drive to a point 600 feet south of
Airline Road;
c) Gollihar Road, both sides, from a point 330 feet west
of Carroll Lane to its intersection with
South Staples Street.
