BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of $60,307.89 out of Park Bond Fund No. 291 and the sum of $20,291.84 out of Park Trust Fund No. 111 for a total appropriation of $80,599.73 for reimbursement of the General Fund No. 102-266-518.43-603, for work completed at the following parks: 1. Elgin Park 2. Casa Linda Park 3. South Bluff Park 4. Lamar Park 5. St. Andrews Park 6. Lakeview Park 7. Corpus Christi Beach SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need to reimburse the General Fund at the earliest practicable date, such finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideraton and voting upon ordinances or resolutions at three regular meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take effect upon first reading as an emergency measure this the 3day of June, 1982.
