AN ORDINANCE
APPROPRIATING $2,160 OUT OF THE NO. 245 AIRPORT BOND
FUND IN CONNECTION WITH THE COMMERCIAL RAMP EXPANSION;
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated $2,160 out of the
No. 245 Airport Bond Fund for laboratory testing in connection with the
Commercial Ramp Expansion, applicable to Project No. 245-77-9, Commercial
Ramp Expansion and Safety Zone Improvement.
SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council
members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to need to
appropriate the abovementioned funds so that the Commercial Ramp Expansion
Project can be expedited, such finding of an emergency is made and declared
requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon
ordinances or resolutions at three regular meetings so that this ordinance
is passed andkll take effect upon first reading as an emergency measure
this the 451 day of July, 1982.
