AN ORDINANCE
APPROPRIATING $21,958.08 OUT 0F4PARK BOND FUND
NO. 291 and $2,709.28 011* OF PARK TRUST FUND NO.
111 FOR REIMBURSEMENT TO THE GENERAL FUND FOR
WORK ACCOMPLISHED AITHE VARIOUS PARKS; AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of $21,958.08
our of Park Bond Fund No. 291 and $2,709.28 out of Park Trust Fund No. 111 for
a total of $24,667.36 for reimbursement to the General Fund No. 102-266-518.43-603,
for work accomplished as follows:

SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council
members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the necessity to
appropriate the sums hereinabove described in order to make reimbursement to the
General Fund at the earliest practicable date, such finding of an emergency is made
upon ordinances or resolutions at three regular meetings so that this ordinance is
passed and shall tak ffect upon first reading as an emergency measure this o.911
