AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 36-7 OF THE CORPUS CHRISTI CITY CODE, 1976, AS AMENDED, SO AS TO ESTABLISH NEW SPLASH PARTY FEES; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Section 36-7, entitled "Swimming Fees", as established in the Corpus Christi City Code, 1976 Revision, as amended, by Ordinance No. 15695, passed and approved by the City Council on August 13, 1980, be amended to read as follows: "Section 36-7. Swimming Pool Rates Schedule: The rates to be charged as fees for Splash Parties be amended as follows: Splash Party Fees (for one hour): Greenwood Pool West Guth Pool Parker Pool $25/hr. plus $15 Clean-up Fee $17.50/hr. plus $15 Clean-up Fee $17.50/hr. plus $15 Clean-up Fee All other pools (Collier, Oso, H.E.B., Meadow Park, T. C: Ayers, Violet Road): $15/hr. plus $15 Clean-up Fee $5.00/hr. Fee for each lifeguard over two hours SECTION 2. The above and foregoing rates shall be charged to all individuals. Any use without payment shall be deemed a violation of this code. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect from September 7, 1982. SECTION 4.
