BY CHANGING THE ZONING MAP IN REFERENCE TO A PORTION OF LOTS 3 AND 4. SECTION 11. BOHEMIAN COLONY LANDS FROM "R -1B" ONE -FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT • TO "R -1C" ONE -FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has forwarded to the City Council its reports and recommendations concerning the application of F H MDDRF,_1NC for amendment to the zoning map of the City of Corpus Christi; WHEREAS, public hearing was held at which hearing all persons wishing to appear and be heard were heard, to consider the same before the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, in accordance with proper notice to the public, said public hearing having been held on Wednesday Au_guqt A, 1982 , .at Special Council meeting of the City Council in the Council Chamber at City Hall in the City of Corpus Christi; and WHEREAS, by motion duly made, seconded and carried, it was decided by the City Council that to approve the hereinafter set forth amendment would best serve public health, necessity and convenience and the general welfare of the City of Corpus Christi and its citizens: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, is amended by making the change hereinafter set out. SECTION 2. That the zoning on the hereinafter described tract or parcel of land, being described as a portion of Lots 3 and 4, Section 11, Bohemian Colony Lands, be changed from "R -1B" One -family Dwelling District to "R -1C" One -family Dwelling District: 17185 sEp 2 8 1984 MICROFILMED EIELDNOTES for proposed R -IC zoning of 5.07 acres of land out of Lots 3 and 4, Section 11, Bohemian Colony Lands, a map of which is recorded in Volume A, Page 48, Map Records of Nueces County, Texas: BEGINNING at a point on the centerline of Taos Drive (50.00 feet wide) for the Northeast corner of this tract from which corner the centerline intersection of said Taos Drive and Sierra Blanca Drive Boulevard bears North 28°2800" East 145.00 feet; THENCE South 28°2800" West, with the centerline of said Taos Drive, 465.00 feet for the Southeast corner of this tract; THENCE North 61'32'00" West 125.00 feet for a corner of this tract; THENCE North 28°28'00" East 335.62 feet for an inside corner of this tract; THENCE North 413200" West 460.75 feet for the point of curvature of a circu- lar curve to the left which has a central angle of 200000", a radius of 527.20 feet, a tangent distance of 92.96 feet and an arc length of 184.03 feet; THENCE, with said circular curve to the left, 184.03 feet for the point of tangency; THENCE North 61'32'00" West 655.58 feet for the Southwest corner of this tract: THENCE North 28°28'00" East 90.00 feet for the point of curvature of a circu- lar curve to the right which has a central -angle of 05'15'09", a radius of 382.34 feet, a tangent distance of 17.54 feet and an arc length of 35.05 feet; THENCE, with said circular curve to the right, 35.05 feet for the Northwest corner of this tract; THENCE South 61°3200" East 653.98 feet for the point of curvature of a cir- cular curve to the right which has a central angle of 20*0000", a radius of 652.20 feet, a tangent distance of 115.00 feet and an arc length of 227-66 feet; THENCE, with said circular curve to the right, 227.66 feet for the point of tangency; THENCE South 4132'00" East 345.90 feet for the point of curvature of circu- lar curve to left which has a central angle of 20°0000"; a radius of 453.70 feet, a tangent distance of 80.00 feet and an arc length of 158.37 feet; -THENCE with said circular curve to the left, 158.37 feet for the point of tangency; THENCE South 61'32'00" West 35.00 feet for the POINT OF BEGINNING. SECTION 3. That the official zoning map of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, be, and the same is hereby, amended as herein ordained. SECTION 4. That the Zoning Ordinance and Map of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, approved on the 27th day of August, 1937, as amended from time to time, except as herein changed, shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith areherebyexpressly repealed. SECTION 6.
