Z: AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CHAPTER 36, SECTION
2, SO AS TO INCREASE THE RATES CHARGED AS GREEN FEES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the Code of Ordinances, City of Corpus Christi,
as amended be amended so as to amend Chapter 36, Section 2, Green fees, so
as to increase the rates charged as green fees and the monthly card fees for
the use of Oso Municipal Golf Course, as prescribed in the following schedule:
SCHEDULE OF GREEN FEES (DAILY)
All days, including Saturday,
Sunday, and holidays $ 5.25
Monday - Friday only
Twlight Fee
Saturday & Sunday after 4:30 p.m.
Twlight Fee
Monday - Friday after 4:30 p.m.
Senior Citizens
Monday - Friday only
Students,
Monday - Friday only
SCHEDULE OF GREEN FEES (MONTHLY CARDS)
Unrestricted (all days, all hours) $30.00
Monday - Friday (all hours) 25.00
Senior Citizens (Mon -Fri only) 17.00
Students (Mon -Fri only) 13.00
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective from and upon its
passage and publication unless otherwise stipulated.
SECTION 3. Publication shall be made one time in the official
publication of the City of Corpus Christi, by publishing the caption of
this ordinance, stating in substance the purpose of the ordinance.
SECTION 4. If for any reason any section, paragraph, subdivision,
clause, phrase, or provision of this ordinance shall be held invalid or un-
constitutional by final judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction it
shall not affect any other section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase,
word, or provision of this ordinance, for it is the definite intent of the.
City Council that every section, paragraph, subdiviSion., clause, phrase,
word, or provision hereof be given full force and effect for its purpose.
