APPROPRIATING $16,937.60 OUT OF THE PARK BOND FUND AND
$7,213.42 OUT OF THE PARK TRUST FUND NO. 111 FOR
REIMBURSEMENT TO THE GENERAL FUND FOR WORK ACCOMPLISHED
AT VARIOUS PARKS; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated $16,937.60 out of
Park Bond Fund No. 291 and $7,213.42 out of Park Trust Fund No. 111, a total
of $24,151.02, for reimbursement to the General Fund No. 102-266-518.43-603,
for work accomplished as follows:

Lakeview 291-77-4.6 $5,706.90 Cement work for a shelter, BBQ
11-241.26 5,112.66 pits, playground equipment and
fence. Installed a playground,
constructed a shelter and a
fence, and installed BBQ pits.
Set sprinklers and installed
electrical irrigation control
system, minor landscaping, and
planted grass.
Parker 111-241.31 $2,100.76 Installed obstacle course.
Snead 291-77-4.10 $2,692.40 Installed a back stop and
playground equipment.
Lamar 291-77-4.17 $4,707.35 Construction of a shejter and
a slab.
Bill Witt 291-77-9 $3,830.95
Post, cable and fence work,
dragging the fields and
fertilizing.
SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council
members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the necessity
to appropriate the sums hereinabove described in order to make reimbursement
to the General Fund at the earliest practicable date, such finding of an
emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to
consideration and voting upon ordinances or resolutions at three regular
