AUTHORIZING A FIVE-YEAR LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE U.S.
DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS FOR THE LEASE
OF A SLIP AT THE CITY MARINA WHICH PROVIDES FOR AN
AUTOMATIC YEAR TO YEAR RENEWAL SUBJECT TO 30 DAYS WRITTEN
NOTICE OF TERMINATION BY EITHER PARTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY.THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager authorized to execute a five-year
lease agreement with the U.S. Department of the Army Corps of Engineers for
the lease of a slip at the City Marina and that said lease shall be
automatically renewable on a year to year basis subject to 30 days written
notice of termination by either party, all as more fully set forth in the
agreement, a substantial copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof marked Exhibit "A."

From year to year thereafter, but not beyond a0 September 1987 this lease
shall be automatically renewed without further notice unless and until the
Government shall give notice of termination in accordance with Paragraph 4;
provided that adequate appropriations are available from year to year for
payment off tats.
