HomeMy WebLinkAbout17363 ORD - 11/17/1982AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A FIVE-YEAR LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS FOR THE LEASE OF A SLIP AT THE CITY MARINA WHICH PROVIDES FOR AN AUTOMATIC YEAR TO YEAR RENEWAL SUBJECT TO 30 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE OF TERMINATION BY EITHER PARTY. BE IT ORDAINED BY.THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1.
