BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the City Manager be authorized to execute the documents necessary for the acquisition of a parcel of land for a lift station in connection with the Laguna Madre Plant Expansion, all as more fully set forth in the contract, a substantial copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, marked Exhibit "A." SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $4,000 out of No. 250 Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund applicable to Project No. 250-77-19, Laguna Madre Plant Expansion, for this acquisition. SECTION 3.
