AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 17112 APPROVED JULY 7, 1982, BY
DELETING THE BAY DRILLING COMMITTEE FROM THE LIST OF
BOARDS AND COMMITTEES.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 17112 approved July 7, 1982, be
amended by amending Section 4, Standards of Conduct, paragraph (e) by
deleting item 5, Bay Drilling Committee, from the list of boards,
commissions, and committees which are deemed to have sovereign powers of the
City for the benefit of the public and renumbering items 6 through 10
accordingly.
