AMENDING SECTION 2-238 OF THE CITY CODE BY DELETING FROM
SECTION 4(e), ITEM 10 ELECTRICAL ADVISORY BOARD FROM THE
LIST OF BOARD AND COMMITTEES WHICH ARE DEEMED TO HAVE
SOVEREIGN POWERS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-238 of the City Code be amended by
deleting from Section 4(e), Item 10, Electrical Advisory Board from the List
of Board and Committees which are deemed to have sovereign powers of the City
for the benefit of the public.
