TERMINATING THE LEASE AGREEMENT WITH SUPERIOR
HELICOPTERS, INC.
SECTION 1. That the lease agreement between the City of Corpus
Christi, Texas and Superior Helicopters, Inc., authorized by Ordinance No.
16771, dated December 23, 1981, covering a commercial hangar lease plot at
the International Airport and all other provisions of the lease agreement be
terminated due to the failure of the lessee to comply with the terms and
conditions of the agreement.
