AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO REIMBURSE BRYAN TUCKER
$14,091.91 FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A WATER DISTRIBUTION
GRID MAIN, PER ORDINANCE NO. 17092; APPROPRIATING
$14,091.91 FOR THIS REIMBURSEMENT; AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized to
reimburse Bryan Tucker, owner and developer of Crestmont Unit VI Subdivision,
the amount of $14,091.91 for the installation of a water distribution grid
main, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, marked
Exhibit "A", per Ordinance No. 17092.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $14,091.91 out of the
No. 143-246.95 Grid and Arterial Transmission Mains Trust Fund.
SECTION 3. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council
members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need for
efficient and effective administration of City affairs by reimbursing the
aforementioned contractor at the earliest practicable date, such finding of
an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as
to consideration and voting upon ordinances or resolutions at three regular
meetings so that this ordinance is passed and shall take effect upon first
reading as an emergency measure this the /y of June, 1983.

junction with Crestmont Unit VI Subdivision, as
provided for by City Ordinance No. 17092. Said $ 1,4091.91
the construction cost, including 71% Engineering, in excess of the
lot/acreage fee, as shown by the cost supporting documents attached
herewith.
