AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 6, ANIMAL
CONTROL, SO AS TO MAKE THE EXPIRATION DATE OF AN ANIMAL
TOME LICENSE THE SAME DATE THE VACCINATION IS DUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 6, Animal Control, of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Corpus Christi, be amended by amending Section 6-10,
Paragraph (b) by deleting the words "which shall cover at least six (6) months
of the term of the license to be issued."
SECTION 2. That Section 6-10, Paragraph (d) be amended by deleting
the word "issue" at the end of the first sentence and substituting therefor
the word "vaccination".
