•AN ORDINANCE
APPROVING THE MORTGAGING OF CERTAIN LEASES BETWEEN THE CITY -
AND THE CORPUS CHRISTI ARTS COUNCIL, INC., PERTAINING TO THE
MERRIMAN-BOBYS HOUSE, AND BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE LULAC
COUNCIL NO. 1 PERTAINING TO THE GRANDE-GROSSMAN HOUSE.
SECTION 1. That the City Council approve the mortgaging of the
leasehold interest held by the Corpus Christi Arts Council, Inc., in the
Merriman-Bobys House located in the Bayfront Arts and Science Park pursuant to a
deed of trust executed to secure a restoration loan for the Corpus Christi Arts
Council, Inc., by the Corpus Christi Housing Improvement Corporation.
SECTION 2. That the City Council approve the mortgaging of the
leasehold interest held by the LULAC Council No. 1 in the Grande -Grossman House
located in the Bayfront Arts and Science Park pursuant to a deed of trust
executed to secure a restoration loan for the LULAC Council No. 1 by the Corpus
Christi Housing Improvement Corporation.
