FOR MOORAGE OF A BARGE RESTAURANT ON THE L -HEAD TO INCREASE THE SPACE ALLOWED FOR THE BARGE RESTAURANT. SECTION 1. That the City Manager be authorized to execute an amendment to the lease agreement with Hasslocher Enterprises, Inc. for moorage of a barge restaurant on the L -Head to increase the space allowed the barge restaurant from 184 feet long by 44 feet wide to 217.5 feet long by 44 feet wide, all as more fully set forth in the amendment, a substantial copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, marked Exhibit "A". MICROFILMED SEP 2 8 1984 15151. } THE STATE OF TEXAS § COUNTY OF NUECES § AMENDMENT TO LEASE KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS: WHEREAS, the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as "City") leased certain premises to Nueces Landing Company, a Texas corporation, by Lease Agreement authorized November 9, 1981; and WHEREAS, Nueces Landing Company has assigned the aforesaid Lease with the City to Hasslocher Enterprises, Inc., a Texas corporation (herein- after referred to as "Lessee"), which assignment was approved by the City by ordinance on October 12, 1983, which Lease has been further collaterally assigned by Lessee to InterFirst Bank San Antonio, N.A., for the purpose of securing financing for leasehold improvements; NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the City and Lessee hereby agree as follows: The area comprising the leased premises and the site plan which are indicated on the Exhibit "D" attached to the aforesaid Lease Agreement are hereby amended in accordance with the leased premises and site plan indicated on the attached Exhibit "D" which is substituted in place of the original Exhibit "D" and incorporated by reference into said original Lease Agreement. In witness whereof, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment to Lease Agreement in triplicate originals, each of equal force and effect, on this the day of March, 1984.
