AMENDING THE CITY CODE BY AMENDING CHAPTER 9, AVIATION, BY
ADDING SECTION 9-79, PARKING RATES, WHICH ESTABLISHES
PARKING RATES AT CORPUS CHRISTI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY, COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Code of Ordinances be amended by amending
Chapter 9, Aviation, by adding Section 9-79, Parking Rates, which establishes
parking rates for long-term and short-term public parking areas at Corpus
Christi Internationl Airport as designated by the airport manager be established
as follows:
Sec. 9-79. Parking Rates.
Long-term parking rates:
Fifty cents (500 for the first hour.
Fifty cents (500 for each additional hour thereafter.
Three dollars fifty cents ($3.50) maximum with parking
ticket for each 24 hours.
Seven dollars ($7.00) per day without/lost ticket.
Short-term parking rates:
Fifty cents (50¢) for the half hour.
Fifty cents (500 for each additional half hour thereafter.
Seven dollars ($7.00) maximum for each 24 hours with ticket.
Seven dollars ($7.00) without/lost ticket per day.
SECTION 2. Authorizing that bids be received for the purchase and
installation of an automated revenue control system for Corpus Christi
International Airport parking lots.
