REPEALING THE MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS LICENSING ORDINANCE NO.
17477 AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 17770.
WHEREAS, the Corpus Christi Air Conditioning/Plumbing Contractors
Association and the Mechanical Advisory Board have recommended that the
Mechanical Contractors Licensing Ordinance No. 17477, as amended by Ordinance
No. 17770, be repealed due to the State Air Conditioning Contractors Licensing
now being in effect:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRSITI:
SECTION 1. That the Mechanical Contractors Licensing Ordinance
No. 17477, as amended by Ordinance No. 17770, be repealed in its entirety.
