AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT TO COUNTY CREEK CORPORATION FOR
THE OVERSIZING OF A 15" SANITARY SEWER COLLECTION LINE;
APPROPRIATING $6,041.55; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby authorized a reimbursement to County
Creek Corporation, owner and developer of South Fork Unit 2 Subdivision, for the
oversizing of a 15" sanitary sewer collection line as shown in Exhibit "A", a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, and as authorized in
Ordinance No. 17396.
SECTION 2. That there is hereby appropriated $6,041.55 from the
No. 145-247.96 Sanitary Sewer Collection Line Trust Fund.
Section 3. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council
members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need to take
immediate action to preserve and protect public property by expediting the
construction of public improvements, such finding of an emergency is made and
declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting
upon ordinances or resolutions at three regular meetings so that this ordinance
is passed and shall take effect upon first reading as an emergency measure this
the 30th day of May, 1984.

or resolution, an emergency exists requiring suspension of the Charter rule
as to consideration and voting upon ordinances or resolutions at three

and pass this ordinance or resolution finally on the date it is introduced,
or at the present meeting of the City Council.
