AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 17893 WHICH AUTHORIZED THE EXECUTION
OF LEASE AGREEMENTS WITH AMERICAN AIRLINES, INC.,
CONTINENTAL AIRLINES, INC., EASTERN AIR LINES, INC., EMERALD
AIR, INCORPORATED, AND SOUTHWEST AIRLINES CO. FOR TERMINAL
RENTALS AND LANDING FEES BY AMENDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF
THE LEASE AGREEMENT WITH CONTINENTAL AIRLINES, INC., ONLY
FROM AUGUST 1, 1983, TO.SEPTEMBER 25, 1983.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 17893 which authorized the execution of
lease agreements with American Airlines, Inc., Continental Airlines, Inc.,
Eastern Air Lines, Inc., Emerald Air, Incorporated, and Southwest Airlines Co.
for terminal rentals and landing fees be amended by amending the effective date
of the lease agreement with Continental Airlines only from August 1, 1983, to
September 25, 1983.
