HomeMy WebLinkAbout18308 ORD - 06/26/1984AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE LEASE AGREEMENT WITH HASSLOCHER ENTERPRISES, INC., TO EXTEND THE OPENING DATE OF THE BARGE RESTAURANT TO JULY 15, 1984, AND APPROVING MOORING AND ENTRYWAY PLANS FOR SAID BARGE RESTAURANT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. In the event that Second Party fails to execute the lease attached as Exhibit A and said floating restaurant is not ready to open for business and be fully capable of operation by July 15, 1984, then the Second Party's bid security of $1,000 shall be forfeited to the City as liguidated damages."
